This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Define and develop the strategy and roadmap for Device Security products.
• Assist organizations in managing, controlling, and governing access across their environments.
• Influence the role of Device Security within 1Password Unified Access and contribute to the overarching product strategy across the company.
• Manage prioritization on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, balancing immediate deliverables with a product vision extending 18–24 months into the future.
• Advocate for the customer viewpoint through discovery sessions, feedback loops, recorded and live demonstrations, PRDs, and PR/FAQs.
• Work collaboratively with Product Managers in related fields, as well as with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.
• Set success metrics that link customer outcomes and ARR contributions to product advancement.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers, including CISOs, Vice Presidents of Security, and IT leadership.
• Develop proof-of-value prototypes utilizing AI-driven developer tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to transform complex security issues into clear, practical, and measurable products.
• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management, specifically with security, IAM, endpoint, or access-control products.
• Proven history of defining and executing roadmaps for intricate, cross-functional projects in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in shaping product vision and strategy across various engineering teams or product domains.
• Excellent written communication skills, with a background in creating PRDs, PR/FAQs, and other decision-making documentation.
• Proficient in defining OKRs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks that align with business outcomes.
• Capable of articulating complex security and product concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior customer representatives.
• Customer-focused prioritization that combines qualitative insights with quantitative data.
• Preferred: familiarity with endpoint security, device management, zero-trust, least-privilege architectures, or similar security technologies.
• Preferred: knowledge of MDM or EDR tools.
• Preferred: experience with enterprise administration consoles and familiarity with IT buyer or administrator roles.
• Preferred: background in taking AI or machine-learning products from concept to initial launch.
• Preferred: experience in prototyping with AI-enabled developer tools and a curiosity about AI agents.
• Preferred: understanding of device compliance frameworks, endpoint telemetry platforms, or related security systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada; no work authorization, relocation assistance, or visa sponsorship/transfers are available.
