This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and lead a comprehensive multi-year product strategy and investment roadmap for Virta’s complete member experience.
• Align various teams and senior leaders with objectives related to activation, engagement, retention, and health outcomes.
• Identify high-impact consumer product opportunities by leveraging member insights, business priorities, clinical outcomes, and market trends.
• Create personalization and adaptive-experience strategies utilizing data, AI, and behavioral insights.
• Convert clinical and care delivery experiences into intuitive, motivating, and trustworthy consumer products.
• Implement experimentation, measurement, and decision-making frameworks throughout the member lifecycle.
• Transform vision into member experiences, platform capabilities, operational models, and prioritized investments.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, AI/Machine Learning, Analytics, and executive teams.
• Lead through influence across Clinical, Coaching, Operations, Regulatory, and other partnerships.
• Mentor product leaders, enhance product practices, and exemplify strategic judgment.
• Within the first 90 days, gain an understanding of Virta’s members and care model, build cross-functional relationships, evaluate the member journey and data, align stakeholders on consumer product strategy, and establish a roadmap and experimentation framework.
• Over 15 years of product management experience.
• Proven track record of developing consumer products that demonstrate measurable enhancements in activation, engagement, retention, and customer outcomes.
• Strong product judgment and user empathy.
• Knowledge of behavior change, habit formation, lifecycle engagement, segmentation, and experimentation.
• Capability to translate vision into product strategy, roadmap, and sequenced investments across intricate cross-functional systems.
• Proficiency in data, AI, and personalization for adaptive consumer experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Engineering, Machine Learning, Analytics, Design, and cross-functional partners.
• Adherence to security and privacy protocols for sensitive patient information governed by HIPAA.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
