This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary People Partner for leaders in Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Patient Support.
• Collaborate on organizational design and workforce planning for teams that are quota-driven and capacity-focused.
• Provide guidance to leadership regarding organizational gaps along with actionable recommendations.
• Manage the people aspects of restructures, role eliminations, and team transitions.
• Support managers in navigating performance discussions and differentiating between capability challenges and issues related to coverage, territory, or ramp-up.
• Facilitate and enhance performance review and calibration processes.
• Develop performance documentation and practices for Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Collaborate with the Compensation team on job architecture, leveling, and Job Family Architectures.
• Assist leaders and employees with inquiries about variable compensation and direct issues to Compensation, Finance, or Legal as necessary.
• Contribute to the design of career paths for sales professionals, Customer Success teams, and contact center personnel.
• Manage employee relations matters and investigations from start to finish.
• Implement scalable employee relations documentation and workflows, escalating to Legal when necessary.
• Evaluate turnover, ramp-up, engagement, and headcount metrics to guide recommendations.
• Create documentation, workflows, and operational frameworks to support a scalable People function.
• Report directly to the Sr. Director of Talent Management.
• Over 8 years of HR experience, with considerable time spent as a People Partner in a commercial, sales, or revenue-generating environment.
• Strong practical knowledge of variable compensation structures and commissioned employee groups.
• Proven experience in supporting or collaborating on organizational restructures or design changes.
• Solid generalist background encompassing compliance, People Operations, business partnership, and compensation.
• Established credibility with a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) or Vice President of Sales, with the ability to interpret forecasts or capacity models.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in a growing company where the People function is still being developed.
• Knowledge of multi-state employment laws affecting a nationwide workforce.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, digital health, or health technology sectors.
• Preferred: experience in managing a high-volume hourly workforce or contact center staff, or similar non-exempt population management.
• Preferred: HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR).
• Preferred: a proven history as a trusted HR Business Partner for C-suite and senior executive leadership.
