Senior Staff Engineer, ServiceNow – HRSD, ITSM, SPM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with international teams to implement and improve ServiceNow solutions across various locations.

• Provide technical knowledge for ServiceNow development, focusing mainly on SPM and CSM modules.

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications.

• Comprehend business requirements and aid in process standardization through effective platform design.

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.

• Create scalable technical solutions that align with business goals and adhere to platform best practices.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow utilizing UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.

• Develop solutions using Jelly Scripting and AngularJS as needed.

• Conduct component integration testing and assist with end-to-end solution validation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications, integrations, and the platform.

• Work together with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security best practices.

• Participate in design reviews and offer recommendations for platform enhancements.

• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to the effective implementation and adoption of ServiceNow modules throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

• Strong background in ServiceNow SPM, CSM, and ITSM modules.

• Practical experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and integrations.

• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.

• Experience in collecting business requirements and converting them into scalable technical solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization.

• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

• Familiarity with Jelly Scripting and AngularJS.

• Experience in developing and maintaining integrations with third-party and enterprise applications.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and governance.

• Experience in component integration testing and troubleshooting.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
