Senior Staff Engineer, ServiceNow - CMDB, ITAM, SAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Execute ServiceNow solutions across various global locations.

• Offer technical proficiency in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules, encompassing Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).

• Design, develop, and implement integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

• Align business requirements with standardized processes and solution architecture.

• Create and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Conduct component integration testing to ensure quality delivery.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications according to business specifications.

• Implement configuration modifications using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges on the ServiceNow platform.

• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Participate in both design and code reviews.

• Provide technical guidance and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in relevant fields.

• Extensive expertise in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, SAM, IT Service Management (ITSM), and integrations.

• Practical experience in designing and executing ServiceNow integrations.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Asset Management processes and industry best practices.

• Knowledge of IT Operations Management (ITOM) or Customer Service Management (CSM) modules, along with ITIL understanding.

• ServiceNow SPM certification is required.

• Strong comprehension of ITAM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules.

• Capability to convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Experience in developing and implementing technical solutions and conducting integration testing.

• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.

• Ability to operate in a global delivery environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
