📋 Description

• Provide technical and strategic leadership to the Technology organization.

• Collaborate with product managers, team members, clients, and other engineering teams to tackle our most challenging issues.

• Develop and implement a technical software development strategy for .NET and various other domains.

• Take responsibility for the quality, usability, and performance of the solutions delivered.

• Leverage programming languages, databases, and a variety of Azure tools and services throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.

• Serve as a role model and mentor, assisting in the coaching and enhancement of the technical skills and knowledge within our engineering and product community.

• Influence and educate senior executives.

• Share best practices and enhance processes within and among teams.

• Analyze costs and forecasts, integrating them into business plans.

• Determine and support resource needs, assess operational processes, and measure outcomes to ensure desired results.

• Exhibit adaptability and promote continuous learning.

• A pre-hire technical screening may be required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Ten (10) years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a related role.

• Ten (10) years of experience in Software Development within the .NET framework.

• Seven (7) years of experience in building the architecture and design for both new and existing systems.

• Five (5) years of experience with DevOps concepts, Cloud Architecture, Azure DevOps Operational Framework, and Cloud Engineering.

• Four (4) years of experience with Azure Networking, and working with open-source frameworks or one of the following: .NET Core, ASP.NET, Angular, or Express.

• Three (3) years of experience in people management or team leadership.
