Senior Staff Electrical Engineer – BlueSky

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create cutting-edge BlueSky products.

• Specify high-performance computing, sensing, communication, and power systems.

• Provide support for fixed-wing aircraft products.

• Participate in and lead product design cycles that encompass Logic, electrical, mechanical, and software engineering.

• Navigate through development cycles, tackle challenges, and deliver top-notch solutions.

• Proactively recognize and implement enhancements that improve efficiency, quality, project success, and aircraft reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent professional experience.

• More than 8 years of experience in the industry as an Electrical Engineer.

• Solid technical foundations.

• Experience in contributing to and leading various product design cycles involving Logic, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Software Engineering.

• Proven history of successfully launching products and providing high-quality solutions to meet project timelines.

• Capability to identify and implement enhancements within hardware development projects.

• Background clearance and potential reference verification.
