This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and take ownership of the 3–5 year technical roadmap for a high-scale, AI-ready Data Lakehouse optimized for AI Agent operations and context retrieval.
• Prototype and evaluate emerging trends in the AI ecosystem, including Multi-Agent Orchestration, autonomous long-term memory management, and Agent Evaluation frameworks.
• Establish standards for code quality, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and system design throughout the organization.
• Lead architecture reviews across functions and act as the final escalation point for complex technical challenges.
• Design platform-level interfaces for Agentic workflows, standardized Host-to-Server communication, and tool-execution environments.
• Create Human-in-the-Loop triggers and fail-safe mechanisms for autonomous actions.
• Develop the Context Fabric that allows AI agents to securely discover, access, and interpret enterprise data.
• Architect reasoning-based retrieval systems that comprehend agent query intent.
• Implement and promote standards such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Monitor trends, including Small Language Models (SLMs) for edge computing and Agentic RAG.
• Construct tools, SDKs, and engines that empower engineers to create autonomous agents.
• Over 15 years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficient in Java or Scala with a focus on distributed systems, as well as Python.
• Extensive experience in building extensible frameworks, high-throughput APIs, and libraries utilized by other developers.
• Hands-on experience with Multi-Agent Orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Experience in transitioning from static RAG to Agentic RAG.
• Knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and other emerging interoperability standards.
• Experience in developing AI-native CI/CD features, including automated LLM-based evaluations and Automated Root-Cause Analysis.
• Understanding of Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows.
• Expert-level experience with GitOps workflows like ArgoCD or Flux.
• Mastery of Terraform.
• Proficient in designing complex CI pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry (OTel).
• Deep expertise with AWS and Azure Management Consoles and core services such as IAM, EC2/VMs, S3/Blob, and AI/ML service suites.
• Proven ability to create cloud-agnostic platform layers that bridge AWS and Azure.
• Experience with AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and Cost Explorer.
• Demonstrated success in leading by influence across autonomous teams.
• Capable of communicating architectural trade-offs to C-suite executives and engineers.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science preferred, or equivalent extensive industry experience.
