This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and maintain tailored applications, APIs, command-line interface tools, and automations utilizing Python and contemporary AI-assisted development technologies.

• Develop and oversee data ingestion pipelines that process logs, alerts, and security incidents into operational platforms and Elastic SIEM.

• Provision, manage, and scale AWS cloud infrastructures employing Infrastructure as Code, primarily using Terraform.

• Create reusable project frameworks, command-line utilities, and standardized templates to boost developer productivity within the InfoSec team.

• Oversee the InfoSec code repository, establish CI/CD pipelines, and integrate secure software development lifecycle methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software development, scripting, or platform engineering.

• Strong practical experience in AWS development and managing cloud infrastructure through Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code frameworks like CloudFormation.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Bash, Golang, or Rust.

• Familiarity with Git version control, CI/CD processes, Docker containerization, and automated testing frameworks like pytest.

• Capability to effectively navigate Mac and Linux development environments.

• Ability to pragmatically utilize AI tools to enhance software engineering workflows.

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in technical English.

• Ability to narrate and explain technical projects compellingly.

• A collaborative and approachable attitude.

• Demonstrated success in developing internal CLI tools, project frameworks, or open-source software solutions.

• General understanding of security baseline principles, secure coding practices, and secure SDLC concepts.

• Experience with AWS serverless architectures, microservices, or container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.

• Relevant security or cloud industry certifications, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
