This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create Canvas and model-driven Power Apps, along with Power Automate flows and the necessary Dataverse or SharePoint components.
• Execute data validation, user experience patterns, role-based access, error handling, auditability, and notifications.
• Develop solution packages and engage in structured ALM, source control, release processes, and environment promotion practices.
• Connect applications with approved APIs, flat-file exports, SharePoint, Azure services, and enterprise data sources.
• Assist with peer reviews, unit testing, system testing, UAT defect resolution, and ensuring production readiness.
• Document application configurations, support procedures, and user instructions.
• Operate across various languages and platforms.
• Design and execute architectural decisions, applying design patterns, cloud-native services, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS fundamentals, and secure coding practices.
• Integrate and troubleshoot distributed or cloud services while optimizing performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor colleagues, and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate directly with clients, draft technical RFP content as necessary, cultivate client relationships, and manage routine client issues.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building business applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proficient in Dataverse, SharePoint, Power Fx, connectors, solution packaging, and Power Platform ALM.
• Capability to implement complex forms, conditional workflows, and comprehensive data-validation logic.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and secure integration methods.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and collaboration.
• Experience working with Power Platform in GCC High or regulated environments (preferred).
• Background in Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom connectors (preferred).
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer certification (preferred).
