Senior Sports Recruiting Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual consultations with student-athletes and their families during evenings and weekends.

• Evaluate athlete goals, stages of development, recruiting ambitions, and family priorities.

• Inform families about athlete development, recruiting timelines, and various available pathways.

• Offer tailored solutions within the NCSA ecosystem and IMG Academy+.

• Keep precise records and manage opportunities using CRM systems.

• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

• Meet monthly enrollment and revenue objectives while providing an outstanding experience for families.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, coaching, recruiting, athletic development, or a similar field.

• Strong skills in consultative sales and relationship building.

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and listening abilities.

• Understanding of athlete development and the college recruiting process.

• Experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business technologies.

• A passion for assisting student-athletes in reaching their goals.

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• Prior experience as a collegiate athlete and/or in coaching is preferred.

• Experience in advising student-athletes and their families is preferred.

• Bilingual candidates are preferred.

• Familiarity with various athletic and academic advancement pathways is preferred.
