Senior Sports Recruiting Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual consultations with student-athletes and their families during evening and weekend hours.

• Evaluate athlete objectives, developmental stages, recruiting goals, and family priorities.

• Inform families about athlete development, recruiting timelines, and available pathways.

• Offer tailored solutions within the NCSA ecosystem and IMG Academy+.

• Keep precise records and manage opportunities within CRM systems.

• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

• Meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets while providing an outstanding family experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

• Over 5 years of experience in sales, coaching, recruiting, athletic development, or a related discipline.

• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to meet or surpass performance targets.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and listening skills.

• Understanding of athlete development and the college recruiting process.

• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business technologies.

• A passion for assisting student-athletes in achieving their goals.

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Prior experience as a collegiate athlete and/or in coaching is preferred.

• Experience guiding student-athletes and their families is preferred.

• Bilingual candidates are preferred.

• Familiarity with various athletic and academic advancement pathways is preferred.
