📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of client workplans while independently managing intricate programs.

• Foster strategic, trust-based partnerships with client leaders, ensuring Vizient solutions align with client needs.

• Evaluate complex data and convert analytics into strategic recommendations.

• Present findings through analytical storytelling to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Supervise contract performance across various categories to enhance utilization and value realization.

• Spearhead strategic initiatives and guide executive-level discussions.

• Offer strategic advice and consultation across multiple functions as a trusted advisor to clients.

• Work independently, mentor colleagues, and contribute to team standardization and ongoing improvement.

• Utilize advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex issues and implement innovative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred relevant degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.

• Background in account management, category management, or healthcare supply chain.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and effectively communicate insights to senior executives.

• In-depth understanding of contract lifecycle management and performance optimization.

• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and influencing abilities, coupled with executive-level presence.

• Experience in leading organizational change and continuous improvement efforts.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and analytics platforms is preferred.

• Capability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and mentor team members.

• Willingness to travel.
