This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Initiate and enhance TV, video, audio, and display campaigns to attract new customers and increase revenue.
• Adhere to Tinuiti Way practices and translate performance and media insights into actionable steps.
• Test small-scale, low-risk innovations prior to broader implementation.
• Collaborate with Client Leadership, Analytics/Econometrics, Creative, and Search, Social, and Commerce/Retail Media teams.
• Effectively communicate with clients and document learnings that can be reused.
• Provide precise, timely updates and contribute to quarterly business review inputs.
• Clarify results and subsequent steps in straightforward language related to reach, CAC/CPx, revenue, and LTV objectives.
• Propose adjustments to budget, pacing, frequency cap, and network mix within established guidelines.
• Implement TVAD practices focusing on audience/data sources, inventory quality, frequency/overlap management, and attention/quality.
• Develop reusable how-to guides.
• Monitor pilots and outcomes prior to scaling.
• Utilize Bliss Point signals to inform daily optimizations and log issues and feedback for Product/Analytics partners.
• Track performance on a daily/weekly basis and create accurate recurring reports.
• Conduct basic A/B tests or simple holdouts with predefined success criteria and review cadence.
• Maintain healthy budgets and pacing.
• Advocate for Tinuiti’s measurement and attribution framework.
• Ensure data and operations quality through checklists.
• Manage a clear work queue and deliver projects punctually.
• Minimize rework and non-converting expenditures.
• Contribute to qualified reach, new household acquisition, revenue/LTV, attention/viewability, brand safety, efficiency, and profitable volume.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing TV/video/audio/display campaigns with hands-on involvement in building, launching, pacing, and optimizing; or 3–5+ years in analytical roles (finance/consulting) with substantial media analytics exposure.
• Proficient with GA4 and platform analytics.
• Capable of translating data into clear next steps and straightforward forecasts.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of testing fundamentals (A/B, incrementality/lift at a high level) and statistical significance.
• Excellent communication, clear writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with broader teams.
• Confident in weekly client calls with minimal oversight.
