This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify and source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking platforms, and internal databases.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend hiring needs, role specifications, and ideal candidate profiles.

• Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates to evaluate their interest and fundamental qualifications.

• Establish and sustain talent pipelines for present and future recruitment requirements.

• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies for challenging-to-fill positions.

• Monitor candidate activity within the applicant tracking system to ensure metrics are recorded and objectives are achieved.

• Oversee the complete life-cycle recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting as well as negotiating job offers.

• Formulate salary offers in partnership with compensation specialists and HR Business Partners.

• Attend and assist with hiring events as necessary, comprising less than 10% of the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in active sourcing and full-cycle recruiting, or a Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of related experience.

• Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required if a degree is not held.

• Preference for candidates with experience in sourcing and recruiting technical and cleared engineering talent.

• Strong influencing, consulting, and negotiating abilities.

• Capacity to work independently, with a willingness to take initiative and drive tasks to completion.

• General understanding of various engineering disciplines and their associated skills/certifications.

• Experience in a team-oriented, customer service-focused environment.
