This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify and source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking sites, and internal databases.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs, role specifications, and the profiles of ideal candidates.

• Initiate outreach to prospective candidates to evaluate their interest and basic qualifications.

• Build and sustain talent pipelines to meet both current and future recruitment demands.

• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies for challenging-to-fill positions.

• Monitor candidate activities within the applicant tracking system to ensure that metrics are recorded and objectives are achieved.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting as well as negotiating job offers.

• Formulate salary proposals in conjunction with compensation specialists and HR Business Partners.

• Attend and assist at hiring events as necessary, accounting for less than 10% of time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in active sourcing and full-cycle recruiting, or a Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.

• In the absence of a degree, at least 10 years of relevant experience is required.

• Preferred experience in sourcing and recruiting technical and cleared engineering talent.

• Strong influencing, consulting, and negotiation skills.

• Capability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and the ability to drive tasks to completion.

• General understanding of various engineering fields and related skills/certifications.

• Experience in a team-oriented, customer service-focused environment.
