This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies, identify and select candidates, make compensation recommendations, extend offers, and manage related talent acquisition tasks.

• Deliver a seamless and personalized experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Keep candidate data accurate and up-to-date within the Applicant Tracking System.

• Comply with all talent acquisition processes and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting and active sourcing, or a graduate degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

• Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree.

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.

• Prior experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting is advantageous.

• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, talent selection, and closing strategies is preferred.

• High ethical standards, integrity, and respect are essential.

• Ability to remain composed under pressure and meet deadlines.

• A strong sense of urgency and an action-oriented mindset are required.
