Senior Specialist – Partner Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the success of New Verticals integrations by spearheading initiatives across technical teams, contractors, and internal business stakeholders.

• Identify, address, and escalate daily integration-related challenges.

• Manage relationships with external partners involved in New Verticals.

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of processes.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to pinpoint improvement opportunities through data analysis, merchant insights, and the definition of new processes.

• Help define the systems integrations roadmap in conjunction with product and operations owners.

• Work alongside Growth Operations to inform stakeholders about integrations and create accessible enablement content.

• Act as a subject matter expert on DoorDash’s integrated offerings.

• Guide partners through the development of new integrations.

• Partner with merchants and integration partners to guarantee smooth onboarding and successful platform integration.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to offer guidance and support.

• Simplify complex technical requirements into clear business solutions.

• Engage in strategic projects based on merchant needs to enhance product offerings, processes, and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated history of maintaining and improving processes.

• Strong capability to collaborate with external partners for successful partnerships.

• Experience in project and/or program management.

• Proven track record of working within cross-functional engineering and operations teams.

• Background in grocery or alcohol ecommerce is advantageous.

• Over 3 years of experience in translating technical concepts into business solutions.

• Established technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and webhooks.

• Hands-on SQL experience for troubleshooting and self-service.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in resolving complex escalations.

• Technical acumen and familiarity with engineering terminology.

• Ability to build relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and exceptionally organized.

• Analytical skills to interpret complex data and guide product prioritization.

• Comfort in utilizing AI tools and applying AI in daily tasks.
