This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Assist in all facets of JLL’s Strategic Sourcing framework.
• Oversee sourcing, procurement, and vendor management within a high-volume transaction setting characterized by brief RFP cycles.
• Provide expert contracting and sourcing for third-party services related to facilities management operations.
• Maintain an up-to-date contracts and vendor database.
• Research potential suppliers, conduct vendor interviews, and negotiate pricing and specifications.
• Manage Requests For Proposal (RFPs), which includes vendor research, contract and pricing assessments, and baseline spending evaluations.
• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of RFP packages and compile proposal data summaries.
• Collaborate with the Contracts Administrator to uphold contracting and procurement standards.
• Gather, analyze, and prepare client satisfaction reports based on Service Level Agreements and KPIs.
• Create monthly and quarterly reports on contracts, expenditures, and savings.
• Develop and conduct ethical small RFPs, analyzing price proposals, financial reports, and contractor capabilities.
• Perform market and spending analyses to promote cost savings and supplier enhancements.
• Manage expectations and communications with both internal and external customers.
• Formulate programs and processes that benefit both the client and JLL.
• Enhance procurement operations, minimize turnaround times, and optimize workflows.
• Ensure adherence to JLL’s standard processes and procedures.
• Lead project management efforts for equipment sourcing and installations at client sites.
• 3-7 years of experience in a dynamic, professional environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Familiarity with SpendHQ and Corrigo is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities; adept at problem-solving.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.
• Communicate in a professional, clear, and concise manner (both verbally and in writing).
• Uphold the highest professional standards of behavior and adhere to the JLL Code of Ethics policy.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of Federal Procurement Policy and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) related to facility services and/or construction.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
