This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate technical conversations with primary clients to grasp their needs and challenges, delivering sophisticated technical solutions that align with their organizational goals.
• Spearhead solution development for major accounts, ensuring that solutions are customized to address specific customer requirements and are technically sound.
• Offer advanced technical direction and expertise to both internal teams and clients, acting as a subject matter authority in the field.
• Contribute to strategic sales efforts by utilizing extensive product knowledge and insights into customer needs to aid in crafting effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate across functions with product management, engineering, and other teams to ensure harmony between customer demands and product functionalities.
• Remain informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to offer insights and suggestions for product growth and innovation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering strong relationships based on technical acumen, dependability, and a dedication to delivering valuable solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, imparting knowledge and best practices to assist them in enhancing their technical skills and progressing in their careers.
• Engage in product testing and feedback to provide significant, actionable insights aimed at enhancing product quality and user experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in leading technical discussions and developing solutions for key accounts.
• Proven track record in contributing to strategic sales initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong strategic thinking skills to aid in the formulation of sales strategies and initiatives.
• Mentoring capabilities to facilitate the growth and development of junior team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer requirements.
• Ability to independently lead large customer meetings (both onsite and virtual) to formulate and document a recommended architecture and deployment roadmap.
• Proficiency with enterprise software, identity and security solutions, and foundational networking concepts such as Exchange, Active Directory, PKI, Digital Certificates, DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Experience with cloud-based environments including Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Security certifications (such as CISSP) are a plus.
• Up to 25% travel required.
• Second Fridays (a company-wide day off on the second Friday of each month, excluding November and December due to the Holiday schedule). This benefit is subject to change.
