Senior Solutions Engineer, New Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Showcase and articulate Redwood's capabilities in IT workload automation, IT workflow orchestration, data orchestration, citizen/self-service automation, and DevOps automation.

• Conduct technical presentations and live product demonstrations that link AI functionalities to operational results.

• Leverage LLM-based research, prompt-driven workflows, and AI productivity tools for preparing demos, conducting account research, performing competitive analysis, and creating technical documentation.

• Gain insights into the SOAP competitive environment, effectively communicate differences, address objections, and evaluate successes and failures.

• Spearhead hands-on proof-of-concept initiatives, which may include light scripting using REST APIs, Python, or bash.

• Offer technical insights, provide context regarding the SOAP market, and relay prospect feedback to Account Executives.

• Expand knowledge of the SOAP and AI sectors, applying this understanding in discussions with prospects.

• Represent Redwood with professionalism and maintain high ethical standards in all customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a related technical position within enterprise software—such as Process Automation, ERP, Data Integration, Business Intelligence, ESB, or similar fields.

• Proficient understanding of REST APIs and comfortable with light scripting in Python, bash, or similar languages.

• Proven, hands-on experience utilizing AI tools in a professional environment, including LLMs, prompt-based workflows, AI-assisted research, and AI productivity tools.

• Familiarity with agentic AI and concepts of AI orchestration, such as multi-agent systems and the integration of LLMs into enterprise workflows.

• Strong ERP knowledge across Financials, Procure to Pay, Plan to Build, Quote to Cash, Reporting, and Data Quality.

• Capable of bridging technical expertise and business value, effectively communicating with enterprise architects and executive stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• Resourceful, competitive, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled in clear communication.

• Previous experience with workload automation, job scheduling, enterprise orchestration platforms, SAP environments, data orchestration, DevOps toolchains, Customer Success, Technical Support, or Professional Services is advantageous, but not mandatory.
