Senior Solutions Engineer – BFSI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical success for intricate enterprise accounts via technical exploration, product showcases, and competitive strategy.

• Create, develop, and present proof-of-value prototypes, customized solution frameworks, and technical workshops.

• Clearly convey Neo4j’s value proposition and demonstrate the measurable ROI of its graph database offerings.

• Collaborate with AWS, Azure, GCP, systems integrators, and ISVs to design joint solutions and implement co-selling strategies.

• Provide technical enablement programs.

• Work alongside internal sales teams to assess deal qualification.

• Ensure a smooth architectural transition to Professional Services and implementation partners.

• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and represent the company at webinars and industry conferences.

• Assist the local developer community and support marketing events.

• Travel to client sites and partner events as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 7 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, professional services, or customer-facing technical architecture position.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies.

• Experience engaging with, presenting to, and influencing technical stakeholders and C-level executives during complex sales processes.

• Proven ability in driving technical exploration and value-based selling.

• Capability to align enterprise business objectives with technical architectures.

• Candidates located in Mumbai or Bangalore will be given preference.

• Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.

• Preferred: Expertise in graph database technologies, particularly Neo4j.

• Preferred: Understanding of relational databases, NoSQL, and data visualization tools such as D3.js and Linkurious.

• Preferred: Experience in developing joint go-to-market solutions and co-selling with AWS, Azure, GCP, strategic ISVs, and global systems integrators.

• Preferred: Industry knowledge in regulated sectors such as Banking & Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Government.
