Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the growth of mid-enterprise clients

• Report directly to the Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering

• Collaborate closely with regional account executives

• Act as a trusted advisor on cloud security solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP

• Work alongside the sales team to provide technical leadership to both existing and potential customers

• Support the team in achieving quarterly sales objectives

• Conduct whiteboard sessions, product demonstrations, presentations, slides, and proof-of-value exercises

• Assist customers in creating comprehensive test plans to showcase the value of the Wiz platform within their environments

• Stay updated on new product features, industry trends, and enhance technical skills

• Represent Wiz at trade shows, technical meet-ups, and various industry events

• Willingness to travel up to 40%

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales engineering capacity providing solutions to C-level executives at key clients

• Background in cloud security

• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience in network engineering

• Strong knowledge of operating systems, virtual machines, and containers

• Familiarity with traditional CSPM tools

• Experience with SaaS technologies

• Understanding of the CI/CD process

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code

• Ability to deliver exceptional demonstrations and training to channel customers

• Expertise in risk-based security assessments and frameworks

• Understanding of cloud identity, access management, certificates, and keys

• Willingness to travel up to 40%

• Legal authorization to work in Australia without the need for visa sponsorship
