Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +27 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Sales to establish relationships and deliver software solutions.

• Partner with Sales executives in solution selling to prospective accounts.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of all product and business facets.

• Develop and present presentations and software demonstrations that convey the value proposition.

• Respond to technical product inquiries from prospects and clients.

• Lead and oversee prospect pilot programs.

• Work in conjunction with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Support to ensure a superior customer experience.

• Collect customer specifications for accurate system configuration.

• Align customer business requirements with proposed solutions.

• Relay client needs to R&D teams for potential product improvements.

• Handle technical components of RFP/RFI submissions.

• Gather and document competitive insights.

• Assist in implementation processes.

• Comprehend and finalize enterprise transactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated experience as a Solutions or Sales Engineer.

• Strong technical background with knowledge and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Outstanding presentation and creative skills.

• Significant experience with ROI calculators and other value creation instruments.

• Capability to creatively articulate and present complex concepts in a clear manner.

• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.

• Strong project management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience with enterprise-level commercial vehicle fleets or enterprise clients.

• Familiarity with Class 8 fleets.

• Knowledge of the HOS and ELD regulations.

• Aptitude for establishing strong, enduring relationships with senior executives.

• Capability to occasionally lift and/or move items up to 25 lbs.
