Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Assist customers throughout their entire journey, from initial exploration to architectural design, proof-of-value, and sustained adoption.

• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic and enterprise client teams.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to convey the technical and business implications of graph solutions.

• Ensure technical alignment and facilitate the seamless integration of Neo4j into customer environments.

• Offer architectural recommendations that align with customer strategies and IT frameworks.

• Create and present Neo4j-based prototypes that highlight technical feasibility and business benefits.

• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and operational environments.

• Convert requirements into customized solution architectures.

• Showcase Neo4j capabilities and illustrate solution designs via whiteboarding.

• Engage with technical decision-makers throughout the sales process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in PreSales, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services.

• Preferably experience with enterprise clients in High-Tech, Energy, Telecom, Financial Services, or the Public Sector.

• Strong knowledge of database platforms, especially NoSQL.

• Ability to convert business needs into effective solution architectures.

• Familiarity with a programming or scripting language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

• Proven track record of leading technical teams through intricate, consultative engagements.

• Strong eagerness to learn and rapidly embrace emerging technologies.

• Passionate about addressing complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.

• Capability to facilitate technical workshops and small group sessions.

• Comfortable overseeing the technical components of enterprise sales cycles.
