Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with our Sales team to clearly convey the overall value proposition, vision, and strategy of Grafana to our customers.

• Managing the technical engagement with clients and assisting in closing intricate opportunities through in-depth competitive knowledge, technical expertise, and established credibility.

• Presenting product and technical demonstrations to both prospective and current customers.

• Communicating efficiently with customers and internal teams to relay feedback regarding our products and the competitive landscape.

• Facilitating product discussions focused on customer needs and challenges.

• Collaborating with the team to improve documentation, author blog posts, produce videos, contribute to knowledge base articles, and create various public or private enablement materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales.

• Willingness to take on diverse and complex tasks, requiring strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to engage with our remote-first internal teams and global customers. You must be capable of articulating our value proposition and the technical benefits of our products effectively.

• A passion for solving technical challenges and a knack for delivering innovative solutions to our customers.

• A technical mindset and a strong desire to enhance your technical skills.

• Must reside in Spain.
