Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Sales team to effectively communicate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to clients.

• Take ownership of technical customer engagements and assist in closing intricate opportunities through competitive insight, technical expertise, and credibility.

• Provide product and technical presentations to both potential and existing clients.

• Engage with customers and internal teams, offering feedback on products and the competitive landscape.

• Facilitate product discussions centered on customer needs and challenges.

• Improve documentation, compose blog articles, produce videos, contribute to knowledge-base articles, and create enablement resources.

• Act as a liaison between Grafana Labs' engineering teams, clients, and the Sales department.

• Educate potential and existing customers through demonstrations, hands-on enablement, presentations, technical assessments, and continuous interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring sector.

• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills for managing complex projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to convey the company's value proposition and the technical benefits of its products.

• Proficiency in tackling technical challenges and devising innovative customer solutions.

• A technical mindset with a desire for ongoing technical growth.

• Preferably located in Mumbai, India.
