Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and scale technical integrations for mortgage lending partners.

• Create and document integration architectures, workflows, and data exchanges.

• Assist partners with implementation by utilizing technical best practices.

• Minimize integration risks, expedite onboarding, and resolve intricate implementation and early-production challenges.

• Lead technical discovery meetings with both prospective and signed partners.

• Comprehend partner CRM, loan origination, servicing, and identity-provider systems.

• Develop scalable API and webhook integration architectures.

• Suggest implementation patterns while identifying edge cases and platform limitations.

• Document solution designs for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Act as the main technical advisor during API onboarding.

• Assist partners with REST API, webhook, authentication, and SSO processes.

• Provide support for sandbox testing and ensure production readiness.

• Standardize implementation patterns to decrease integration time.

• Connect partner engineering teams with internal Product and Engineering departments.

• Discover opportunities to enhance API and real-time data utilization.

• Optimize partner workflows to boost throughput and ROI.

• Identify product gaps through structured technical feedback.

• Contribute to documentation, integration templates, reusable patterns, and integration playbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical position.

• Strong proficiency with APIs and integration patterns (REST, JSON, webhooks), including the capability to design and troubleshoot end-to-end integrations.

• In-depth knowledge of authentication and identity standards (OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM) and secure system design principles.

• Proven track record of collaborating with enterprise engineering teams to implement scalable, production-grade integrations.

• Ability to design complete system workflows and data exchanges with clear tradeoff analyses.

• Experience in translating ambiguous partner requirements into structured technical implementation strategies.

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities across distributed systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in technical documentation.

• Comfortable influencing cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Partnerships.

• Experience in fintech or regulated financial services environments, along with familiarity integrating with CRMs, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), and other financial platforms, is advantageous.

• Comply with all company security policies and data handling procedures.

• Complete mandatory security awareness training within designated timeframes.

• Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activities to the Security team.
