Senior Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Assist Cordial clients in achieving a successful implementation of the platform along with third-party integrations.

• Act as a subject matter expert on the Cordial platform and provide direct consultation to clients.

• Support clients in aligning product features and enhancements with their business objectives.

• Create and disseminate best practices for clients.

• Aid clients in integrating Cordial’s RESTful API and JavaScript Snippet into their marketing ecosystems.

• Detect issues, identify patterns, propose solutions, and establish repeatable processes and documentation.

• Empower clients to utilize dynamic scripting for email and machine learning functionalities.

• Construct data structures that seamlessly integrate with Cordial’s object model.

• Oversee the expectations of internal stakeholders and external clients regarding project timelines and deliverables.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Client Success, Strategy, Support, and Sales teams to enhance adoption and achieve client objectives.

• Maintain documentation and records of completed project activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in professional services.

• Proven history of successfully driving implementations and managing client projects.

• Strong comprehension of RESTful APIs.

• Proficient with JSON data structures.

• Capable of reading and writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with PHP or an alternative programming language.

• Proficient in using Browser Developer Tools.

• Understanding of the differences between SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Ability to address challenging or unforeseen technical problems and complex business issues.

• Experience working with senior-level marketers, IT/systems integrators, and marketing technology and services partners.

• Skilled in managing multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity and priority.

• Ability to collaborate with Experience Management, Strategy, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Executive teams.

• Proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced, autonomous startup environment.
