Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to both prospects and customers regarding identity governance, authentication, authorization, and access control strategies.

• Design and implement technical solutions that encompass IGA, IAM, CIEM, and PAM, aligning business requirements with scalable identity architectures.

• Facilitate workshops, whiteboard sessions, and demonstrations that highlight the business advantages of identity automation, access governance, and zero trust.

• Create and execute integration strategies across AWS, GCP, and Azure, demonstrating a solid understanding of native identity services, policies, and entitlement models.

• Dive into protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and FIDO2, and effectively communicate these concepts to both engineers and CISOs.

• Develop, test, and troubleshoot custom integrations and workflows utilizing APIs, SDKs, and Terraform or other automation frameworks.

• Keep abreast of industry trends (IGA, CIEM, Just-in-Time access, Zero Trust, identity for machine/non-human accounts) and provide thought leadership to internal teams and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or identity architect position, or equivalent hands-on experience in IAM/IGA.

• Strong comprehension of authentication and authorization frameworks, MFA, step-up authentication, conditional access, least privilege, and Zero Trust principles.

• Practical expertise with directory services including Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, Google Workspace, and on-premises Active Directory.

• Direct experience with cloud technologies such as AWS IAM/IAM Identity Center, GCP IAM, and Azure AD/role-based access models, along with governance using IGA.

• Proficiency with GO, APIs, SDKs, JSON/YAML, scripting, automation, and Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging in in-depth technical discussions with engineers while conveying value to business stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, partner events, or industry conferences.
