Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Convert business challenges into technical specifications utilizing Spec-Driven Development to enhance both the efficiency and quality of intricate solutions.

• Develop integrations for multi-agent systems functioning with the Model Context Protocol, ensuring the security of essential rules.

• Create comprehensive solutions by designing Gateways and Adapters, along with implementing management portals for our partners.

• Execute cost-reduction and context-engineering strategies to significantly decrease the product’s LLM token usage.

• Design and conduct load and security tests, utilizing AI-driven productivity to guarantee operational stability and transaction auditing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in full-stack development, with a strong focus on C#/.NET for robust API development and ReactJS for front-end tasks.

• Relevant software engineering experience, with a solid background in requirements management and quality assurance in microservices architectures.

• Capability to translate intricate financial business rules into scalable technical designs suitable for banks and fintech companies.

• Practical experience in integrating systems through Webhooks and MCP, along with modeling distributed and scalable databases.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as RAG and Function Calling to automate intelligent workflows.

• Strong strategic decision-making and facilitation abilities, with the skill to assess risks effectively to identify the optimal architecture.
