This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Collaborate with sales teams to discover, cultivate, and finalize opportunities related to intricate products, services, and integrated solutions.
• Act as the primary technical resource throughout the sales journey.
• Communicate the value and functionality of solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate customer discovery sessions, pre-sales consultations, and technical discussions.
• Create, develop, and present tailored client proposals, demonstrations, presentations, and solution recommendations.
• Convert complex technical concepts into understandable business value and actionable customer solutions.
• Address technical objections, inquiries, and concerns throughout the sales and implementation process.
• Advise clients on solution architecture, integrations, strategies, and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assemble comprehensive customer solutions and ensure successful execution.
• Assist in proposal development, pricing strategies, and business-case formulation.
• Offer implementation guidance and post-sale support for client onboarding and adoption.
• Provide product education and technical training to sales teams and business partners.
• Stay updated on products, technologies, industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing solutions and create new strategies to meet evolving customer needs.
• Cultivate relationships with customers, sales teams, product leaders, technology teams, and senior executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or a relevant combination of education and work experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions consulting, solution architecture, payments, financial technology, or a related client-facing role.
• Deep understanding of complex financial products, technology solutions, integrations, and business processes.
• Demonstrated consultative selling and customer-facing experience.
• Proven capacity to develop tailored customer solutions and convey their business value.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across various functional areas and navigate complex organizations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in financial services, payments, fintech, banking technology, or related industries.
• Experience with a fintech, technology company, payments organization, or financial institution.
• Experience in selling or supporting complex integrated technology and payment solutions.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, digital platforms, and technology-enabled financial solutions.
• Experience working directly with senior executives and sophisticated enterprise clients.
• Proven history of taking ownership of complex initiatives and driving them to completion.
