
Senior Solutions Consultant β Fluent in Portuguese/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Act as a trusted technical consultant for customers in North America and Latin America who are assessing Dropbox for security, data protection, and governance.
β’ Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales process, serving as the technical and security expert.
β’ Conduct technical assessments of customers' security frameworks, sensitive data, access models, security operations, compliance needs, and business goals.
β’ Assist customers in identifying risks related to sensitive content, excessive access, external sharing, inappropriate permissions, and potential data loss.
β’ Convert customer security needs into solution architectures, controls, workflows, demonstrations, and technical validation plans.
β’ Showcase Dropbox's security and data protection features through customer-specific scenarios.
β’ Design and implement proofs of concept and technical evaluations with defined success criteria and measurable results.
β’ Guide customers on how Dropbox fits into their broader security framework, including identity, DLP, CASB/SSE, SIEM/SOAR, and data security platforms.
β’ Engage with Security, IT, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders from practitioner to executive levels.
β’ Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and technical specialists to represent customer needs and feedback from the field.
β’ At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position such as Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Security Architecture, Security Consulting, or a related field, encompassing technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and technical validation with enterprise clients.
β’ Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and contemporary methods for safeguarding sensitive data across SaaS and cloud environments.
β’ In-depth knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), data classification, and sensitive data discovery, including policy creation, detection, alerting, investigation, and remediation.
β’ Solid grasp of Data Access Governance (DAG) and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), focusing on permissions, excessive access, external sharing, public exposure, risk prioritization, least privilege, and remediation.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of CASB technologies and the integration of SaaS into enterprise security architectures, including DLP, SSE/SASE, SIEM/SOAR, and other data security controls.
β’ Familiarity with IAM and Zero Trust principles, including SSO, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, MFA, RBAC, and conditional access.
β’ Capability to translate intricate security risks and customer needs into architectures, controls, demonstrations, and proof-of-value criteria.
β’ Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
β’ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 20% of the time.
β’ Preferred: hands-on or presales experience with DSPM, DAG, data governance, or data classification platforms such as Varonis, Cyera, BigID, or Microsoft Purview.
β’ Preferred: experience with Netskope, Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Forcepoint, or Broadcom/Symantec DLP.
β’ Preferred: experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Ping Identity.
β’ Preferred: familiarity with SIEM/SOAR platforms, APIs, OAuth, event and audit logs, and security integrations.
β’ Preferred: experience applying NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, or PCI DSS.
β’ Relevant industry certifications are appreciated but not obligatory.
