This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with potential clients to identify their needs, reach consensus on business requirements, and outline evaluation processes.
• Create and present value-focused software demonstrations and presentations, both in-person and virtually, tailored to prospective clients.
• Assist throughout all stages of the sales cycle and manage the coordination and completion of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, written responses, and necessary documentation.
• Offer limited post-sale assistance to key clients and project/implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition.
• Develop and deliver presentations at industry conferences and trade shows.
• Maintain databases of competitive information, battle cards, go-to-market materials, and collateral in collaboration with Product Marketing.
• Advise customers on the technical aspects of migrating to Insurity cloud solutions alongside Cloud Operations and Professional Services.
• Lead client-focused discovery sessions, evaluate existing integrations, document business requirements and technical limitations, and offer guidance for integration modifications.
• Enhance, execute, and sustain the active sales lifecycle for Insurity insurance software products.
• Assist sales executives in identifying prospect requirements and supporting business cases.
• Demonstrate how Insurity can address customer challenges and stand out against competitor offerings.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in sales, sales engineering, insurance sales, or operations within a complex, solution-oriented environment, with a strong familiarity with the complete sales process.
• A proven history of success in the insurance or reinsurance industry.
• Experience in risk assessment, underwriting, exposure management, or claims analysis.
• Ability to utilize insurance knowledge to bolster SaaS sales of geospatial solutions.
• Capability to convert insurance use cases into geospatial solutions.
• In-depth understanding of insurance distribution models and software solutions, including MGAs, program administrators, and wholesale brokers.
• Demonstrated success in presenting to non-technical audiences and articulating business value effectively.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; capable of managing multiple projects and delivering results on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Experience in AI enablement.
• A BA/BS degree is required, or relevant industry experience is accepted.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proficiency in English is essential for communication with clients, partners, and colleagues located outside of Quebec.
• For permanent roles in Quebec, proficiency in French is required; French training will be provided to candidates lacking sufficient proficiency.
