Senior Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales team members to uncover prospects’ challenges, pain points, and business objectives.

• Partner with Customer Success Managers and Client Experience team members to identify customers’ challenges, pain points, and business goals.

• Assess the technical needs of prospects/customers, align them with best practices, and determine the most suitable product offerings.

• Clearly articulate and position Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace solutions.

• Showcase Connected Workplace solutions tailored to the specific needs of prospects and customers.

• Configure the application to meet the unique needs and business objectives of prospects/customers.

• Develop expertise in Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace solutions and the ServiceNow platform.

• Assist in preparing quotes and scope of work documentation.

• Keep up to date with product enhancements and their relevance to industry challenges.

• Share insights on products and industry trends with peers, colleagues, and partners.

• Support technical and functional responses to RFI/RFQ/RFP requests.

• Assist with Proof of Concept and Proof of Value initiatives.

• Contribute to Marketing and thought leadership efforts, including tradeshows, webinars, conferences, executive briefings, and industry events.

• Provide product expertise and resources to customers and prospects while sharing field insights with Marketing, Product, and Innovation teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with ServiceNow.

• At least 2 years of experience in facilities management, asset management, IWMS, EAM, CAFM, or CMMS software, or 2+ years in presales with multiple years in a relevant industry for Nuvolo.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to articulate complex solutions in a manner that is easy to understand.

• Strong critical thinking skills.

• Prior experience as a Consultant or working with a software provider is preferred.
