Senior Solutions Architect, Telco

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor by aligning intricate customer workloads with NVIDIA’s technology offerings.

• Collaborate with customers or ISV partners to design sophisticated, scalable architectures.

• Establish technical direction, integration milestones, and deployment strategies.

• Create, validate, and support tailored technical solutions.

• Identify discrepancies between customer requirements and NVIDIA’s solutions.

• Share insights that influence internal product and engineering priorities.

• Lead technical interactions and assist customers in troubleshooting complex challenges.

• Champion the technical needs of customers.

• Promote technical empowerment and platform adoption.

• Assist developers and enterprises in integrating NVIDIA SDKs, frameworks, and systems.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to guarantee successful deployment and ongoing enhancement of NVIDIA solutions.

• Anticipate the needs of Telecom ISV partners and customers, identifying enablement opportunities to boost the adoption and utilization of NVIDIA networking tools and platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of professional experience in software/hardware engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.

• 3-5+ years of direct, hands-on experience in the telecommunications sector with Tier-1 operators/service providers, or customers/partners in the telecom field.

• Profound technical knowledge of the telecommunications service provider ecosystem.

• Proven track record of facilitating product integrations and contributing to software and hardware platforms, systems, and libraries.

• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Capacity to balance empathy for Telco customer requirements while driving intricate product decisions through trusted relationships.

• Experience in wireless communication systems or digital signal processing.

• Enthusiasm for developing AI Autonomous Networks.

• Familiarity with contemporary application deployment practices, including Docker/Containers and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of modern Agentic AI architecture and frameworks.

• Practical experience with AI Inference workloads, networks, and tools.

• Exposure to CUDA/GPU programming is advantageous.
