This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more countries.
• Support the implementation, operations, sales, and product teams throughout the customer engagement journey.
• Comprehend the business and technical needs of customers.
• Collaborate on sales strategies and deliver compelling solution presentations.
• Configure Trial Interactive enterprise software and related solutions.
• Work with operations throughout the entire implementation process.
• Design and document novel configurations and solutions.
• Create and maintain User Requirements Specifications and Configuration Specifications.
• Serve as the product configuration and domain expert during sales cycles.
• Demonstrate products to both prospective and existing customers.
• Assist with software configurations for demonstrations and respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Communicate customer and prospect business needs to the Operations and Product teams.
• Develop and script product and solution demonstrations.
• Advocate for the Trial Interactive vision through demonstrations, webinars, seminars, conferences, and account initiatives.
• Participate in SOW reviews and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Create and uphold SOPs in accordance with QA and departmental standards.
• Carry out additional relevant tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
• Extensive knowledge of current technologies, tools, and techniques for data and system integration.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, software product configuration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences, eTMF, clinical operations, regulatory, quality, or content management.
• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and guide them towards a technical solution.
• Fundamental knowledge of SaaS and Cloud-based technologies and business models.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in the MS Office suite, with a focus on MS Excel.
• Willingness to travel globally for business up to 10% of the time.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both internally and externally, especially with customers and the sales team.
• Familiarity with GxP and the software validation process and regulations.
• Experience with REST APIs, sFTP, JSON, XML, SSO (SAML 2.0), and IdPs such as Okta.
• Previous software development experience in Backend (Python, Java, C#, Node.js, PHP) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic SHELL scripting and familiarity with regular expressions are advantageous but not required.
• More than 2 years of experience in B2B web applications, business-to-business, and mobile apps is a plus.
