Senior Solutions Architect – Diffusion AI Models

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Support EMEA AI Native companies in developing image, video, and multimodal generation products by guiding them in training and deploying pipelines on NVIDIA infrastructure.

• Offer technical expertise on diffusion model architectures, such as DiT, UNet, and flow matching, alongside their deployment in both single- and multi-GPU settings.

• Enhance generation pipelines for optimal performance.

• Assist customers in navigating the visual content generation stack, covering codec-aware preprocessing, temporal consistency, video token representation, and efficient long-video inference.

• Detect performance bottlenecks in vision workloads, including memory-bound diffusion steps, attention scaling with resolution, and multi-GPU communication dynamics for video.

• Convert customer insights into actionable product feedback for NVIDIA's research and engineering teams.

• Engage with the EMEA developer community through technical demonstrations, workshops, and reference demos that highlight NVIDIA's technology stack.

⛳️ Requirements

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in AI/ML with a strong focus on computer vision models.

• Familiarity with diffusion model frameworks used for image and video generation.

• Knowledge of vision encoder optimization, VAE architectures, and performance trade-offs during inference.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with ML researchers, creative technologists, and infrastructure engineers.

• Experience with NVIDIA's inference stack, including TensorRT, Triton Inference Server, and NIM.

• Practical experience in video generation, encompassing temporal attention, 3D convolutions, or causal video transformers.

• Understanding of codec-aware video pipelines and efficient video tokenization for large-scale generation.

• Published research or benchmarks related to image/video generation, diffusion acceleration, or visual foundation models.
