This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA Cloud Partners to design, implement, and deliver NVIDIA hardware and software solutions.
• Work alongside Solutions Architects, Account Managers, Engineering, Product, and business leaders to align strategies, evaluate technical requirements, and identify business opportunities.
• Act as the primary technical advocate for customers throughout the design, development, construction, integration, and production phases of GPU Cloud infrastructure and applications across the customer lifecycle.
• Conduct regular technical meetings with customers to discuss project and product specifics, feature updates, new technology introductions, and troubleshooting.
• Foster the adoption of NVIDIA solutions, including proofs of concept, to meet critical business requirements across infrastructure, libraries, and applications.
• Create and deliver technical content, such as presentations, workshops, reference architectures, tutorials, and publications.
• Manage end-to-end technology solution integration with key customers.
• Provide product strategy recommendations based on insights from customers and partners.
• Deliver GenAI, AI, and ML hardware and software into production.
• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or other Engineering disciplines, or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in Solution Engineering or related roles such as Sales Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Solution Architecture, including direct engagement with partners and customers.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying large-scale cluster environments.
• Hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and delivering distributed cloud architectures.
• Strong foundational knowledge in programming, optimization, and software design.
• Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Practical experience in fine-tuning and deploying machine learning models.
• Experience in integrating software application stacks, libraries, and frameworks to enhance GPU platform utilization.
• Capability to manage and lead complex multidisciplinary technical engagements throughout the customer lifecycle and across various cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Self-motivated individual with a passion for personal growth, continuous learning, and sharing knowledge.
• Practical experience with NVIDIA GPUs, software libraries, frameworks, and foundational models.
• Hands-on experience with scalable AI cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as on-premises and hybrid infrastructures.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA hardware and system technologies, including NCCL, DCGM, UFM, Mission Control, and Base Command Manager.
• Proficient in large-scale AI model training and deployment, GPU systems, performance testing, AI benchmarking, fine-tuning, MLOps, cluster orchestration, SLURM, Kubernetes, orchestrators, load balancing, and cloud architecture.
