Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Effectively communicate with Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs), fostering trust and serving as a technical advisor to steer customers towards mission-critical goals.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to present product demonstrations, address RFPs, and formulate technical responses to customer inquiries.

• Establish long-term technical strategies for customer interactions, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Serve as a liaison between customer stakeholders and internal teams, translating business needs into technical specifications.

• Develop and assess technical architectures in accordance with customer needs and industry best practices.

• Identify technical risks in customer engagements and recommend mitigation strategies for successful project execution.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to create technical documentation and align customer feedback with product development roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active DoD SECRET Clearance.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in supporting the Department of Defense.

• Demonstrated technical expertise in data science, data engineering, AI/ML solutions, cloud platforms, and/or systems integration.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical solutions.

• Proven thought leadership, strong critical thinking capabilities, and the ability to work autonomously.

• Prior experience in Land, Sea, and Air Maintenance is preferred.

• Hands-on experience in Readiness domains such as Predictive Maintenance, Munitions Storage Planning, and/or Supply Chain Management is preferred.

• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, cloud service providers, and large-scale AI architectures is preferred.

• Understanding of the unique requirements within DoD and IC environments is preferred.

• Active DoD TOP SECRET Clearance is preferred.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

• Strong collaboration skills to engage effectively across teams and organizational levels.
