Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify business needs, domains, and capabilities, converting them into technical requirements and solutions.

• Establish solution architecture, detailing architectural patterns, components, integrations, and communication flows.

• Create solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, resilience, availability, and security.

• Evaluate and select technologies based on requirements, impacts, costs, and compatibility with the existing environment.

• Assess the solution's effects on applications, data, security, and infrastructure.

• Document architectures, workflows, technical decisions, and opportunities for improvement.

• Establish metrics, monitoring, observability, and alerts to measure solution performance.

• Identify technical risks and assist in defining mitigation strategies.

• Offer technical guidance to teams throughout the solution definition and implementation phases.

• Evaluate the risks, impacts, advantages, and limitations associated with technology choices.

• Aid in the modernization and migration of systems to updated architectures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in solution architecture, systems integration, and process optimization projects.

• Background in analyzing business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

• Strong expertise in microservices, APIs, messaging, and integration patterns.

• Familiarity with technologies and platforms such as Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, and cloud services.

• Understanding of information security principles, including authentication, authorization, and encryption.

• Proficiency in monitoring, observability, and version control for code.

• Knowledge of solution modeling and estimating infrastructure and licensing expenses.

• Experience in agile development environments.

• Systems thinking capability and strong critical analysis skills.

• Ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Aptitude for making data-driven technical decisions considering impacts and constraints.

• Strong organizational skills and clarity in documenting solutions.

• Experience in providing technical leadership.

• Background in Transition Architecture.

• Experience in modernizing and migrating systems to contemporary architectures.
