Senior Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Take the lead in designing and delivering contemporary cloud data platforms that enable organizations to make informed, data-driven choices.

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend intricate business challenges.

• Design scalable and secure solutions using Snowflake.

• Propel enterprise data modernization efforts.

• Engage directly with customers, either individually or as part of a technical delivery team.

• Supervise and provide guidance on the implementation of the customer's Snowflake platform.

• Exhibit technical leadership through self-developed code, solution architectures, and implementation suggestions.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executive leadership, offering thought leadership and solution strategies.

• Extract business needs from clients and convert them into well-structured recommendations.

• Create and deliver forward-thinking guidance and future state roadmaps.

• Utilize established best practices and solutions to mitigate risks in customer implementations.

• Break down future state objectives into actionable execution plans.

• Work in collaboration with Snowflake GTM and product teams to ensure customer alignment with Snowflake's goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12-14 years of experience in roles such as Senior Solutions Architect, data architect, database administrator, or data engineer.

• Proven experience in a leadership role for analytics projects within large enterprises.

• Background in implementing and managing Snowflake-centric solutions.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire data analytics stack and workflow, from ETL to data platform design to BI and analytics tools.

• Practical experience in a technical role utilizing SQL, Python, Java, and/or Spark to develop, operate, and maintain data analytics solutions.

• In-depth knowledge and experience with large-scale database technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, Greenplum, etc.).

• Expertise in implementing data security measures, access controls, and design specifically within the Snowflake platform.

• Experience within the services organization of a product company (ideal strong candidate).

• Leadership experience in executing technical projects (ideal strong candidate).

• Industry-specific expertise (Media, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.) (ideal strong candidate).

• Application Development experience (ideal strong candidate).

• AWS, Google, or Microsoft Cloud certification(s) (ideal strong candidate).

• Snowflake Snowpro Advanced Certification(s) (ideal strong candidate).
