Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead technical customer engagement during the pre-sales process by developing and showcasing product demonstrations and creating pilot and proof-of-concept implementations.

• Design technical solutions that integrate RapidSOS APIs with emergency response workflows and customer products.

• Construct and present tailored technical presentations and demonstrations.

• Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategies, execution, value propositions, and establishing trusted-advisor relationships.

• Develop documentation, specifications, and Statements of Work (SOWs) that translate customer requirements for Product and Engineering teams.

• Evaluate scope, feasibility, and technical risks while addressing challenges with customers and internal teams.

• Work in partnership with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Public Safety teams.

• Leverage AI to build, prototype, and resolve issues for customers and team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a technical customer-facing role.

• Experience with complex API-based or SaaS products.

• Strong programming skills in any language, preferably Python.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, as well as Docker or Kubernetes.

• Ability to convert client needs into clear and effective technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities may change rapidly.

• Practical experience with AI tools and a forward-thinking approach to AI.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
