Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the discovery process, design solutions, and map data for intricate enterprise onboarding projects, which encompass data curation, reporting, invoice approval workflows, and system integrations.

• Convert client requirements into actionable solution designs and implementation briefs tailored for the Onboarding and Integrations teams.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders from Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT to gain insights into processes, technical needs, and expected outcomes.

• Define the scope of integrations with enterprise systems like Workday, Oracle, NetSuite, and other accounts payable and financial platforms.

• Identify and document unique commitments and requirements, encompassing custom configurations, roadmap dependencies, timelines, and specific data needs.

• Offer oversight and guidance on solutions during the implementation phase while empowering team members to manage daily configuration and execution tasks.

• Collaborate with Solutions Consultants on intricate pre-sales opportunities to assess technical suitability, feasibility, and implementation aspects.

• Mentor and enhance the capabilities of Onboarding Managers and Solutions Consultants, acting as an escalation point for complex issues.

• Integrate implementation insights into sales and discovery workflows to enhance scoping, refine discovery inquiries, improve effort estimations, and align customer expectations.

• Work alongside Product and cross-functional teams to contribute to product capabilities and roadmap strategies, including potential AI opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of pertinent experience, with a substantial portion in a senior or lead solutions role.

• Advanced experience in solutions architecture, solutions consulting, technical implementation, or a related customer-facing technical position within legal technology, e-billing, or a similar enterprise SaaS context.

• Proven track record in leading discovery and solution design for complex, high-stakes enterprise clients.

• Proficient in mapping and scoping integrations across enterprise systems, including ERP, accounts payable, financial, or other critical business platforms.

• Exceptional ability to interpret complex business, process, data, and technical requirements into clear and actionable solution designs.

• Comfortable engaging directly with senior client stakeholders, including leaders from Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT.

• Capable of operating cross-functionally, providing structure and clarity to intricate or unclear customer requirements.

• Direct experience in legal technology, e-billing, or legal spend management is advantageous.

• Familiarity with enterprise systems like Workday, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms is preferred.

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or enhancing the skills of others in a technical, implementation, or solutions role is a plus.

• Background in supporting both pre-sales solution design and post-sales implementation within an enterprise SaaS setting is favored.

• Must possess current, valid work authorization in the country where the position is located.
