This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify and assist in defining the technical requirements and use cases of potential customers.
• Align the technical and business value propositions of Immersive Labs.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team to perform proofs of value for both new and existing clientele.
• Secure technical wins and cultivate important customer relationships.
• Serve as a security advisor during the entire technical sales process.
• Develop cyber skills programs, facilitate crisis simulations, and assess organizational risk.
• Comprehend and support customers in achieving their business goals, cybersecurity initiatives, and desired results.
• Create strategies and roadmaps aimed at enhancing cyber workforce resilience.
• Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews.
• Suggest enhancements to current programs and recommend new initiatives.
• Promote adoption and optimize the value derived from the Immersive One Platform.
• Keep abreast of emerging threats, trends, and technologies.
• Work alongside product, content, and engineering teams as the customer advocate.
• Assist customers in operationalizing and sustainably integrating Immersive One into their cybersecurity frameworks.
• Utilize platform metrics, custom reports, and insights to showcase value.
• Act as a point of escalation and primary liaison between sales, product leadership, and client accounts.
• Support the Customer Success Manager with Executive Business Reviews and high-level reporting.
• Stay engaged with customers throughout the contract to enhance their long-term cyber resilience and maturity.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an information security practitioner or solution consulting role.
• Experience in a pre-sales environment.
• Background in Customer Success is highly preferred.
• Significant experience in client-facing roles.
• Proven experience in consulting and presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including computer hardware and software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
• In-depth knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
• Ability to articulate value and explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Practical experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with security tools such as IDS, firewalls, anti-malware solutions, and SIEM systems.
• Familiarity with public cloud environments.
• Experience in leading technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP are desirable but not mandatory.
• Must have the right to work in the region without the need for sponsorship.
