Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Serve as an essential contributor in the pre-sales process.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to create AWS solutions tailored for startup clients.

• Engage with customers to comprehend their business challenges and formulate AWS solutions that address architecture, cost-effectiveness, scalability, and security through Statements of Work (SOW).

• Evaluate existing customer AWS architectures and recommend enhancement roadmaps.

• Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure solutions adhere to AWS best practices.

• Establish thought leadership within the cloud community through blogs, workshops, webinars, conferences, and other initiatives.

• Act as a trusted representative of Automat-it within the cloud ecosystem.

• Travel locally to meet with customers and partners and participate in regional events.

• Travel internationally at least once each quarter.

• Become the primary technical consultant for accounts based in France.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in an AWS environment, architecting solutions end-to-end.

• More than 2 years of experience in a technical customer-facing position such as Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Solutions Engineer, Customer Engineer, Presales Engineer, SRE, or similar role.

• Comprehensive understanding of AWS's key services, particularly focusing on Kubernetes and Containers.

• Proven experience in designing infrastructure for high-scale production settings within AWS.

• AWS Solutions Architect – Associate certification required.

• Proficient in articulating technical designs both verbally and in writing to customers.

• Capable of leading an end-to-end engagement alongside the account management team.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French; professional proficiency in English.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
