Senior Solution Manager, GenAI, Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify areas for AI-driven innovation within core banking operations, including accounts, deposits, loans, and payments.

• Collect, organize, and prioritize both business and technical requirements for AI applications.

• Convert business objectives into technical specifications and solution frameworks.

• Collaborate with AI experts and core banking teams.

• Develop and conduct solution demonstrations.

• Create prototypes and elevate them to standard enhancements.

• Ensure usability, business impact, and user adoption.

• Lead workshops and facilitate collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams and clients.

• Bridge the gap between business expectations and technical implementation.

• Connect business professionals with technical experts.

• Develop prototypes utilizing AI tools.

• Configure new agents and enhance existing ones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in roles such as AI Solution Manager, Business Technology Analyst, Consultant, Product Owner, or a similar hybrid position.

• Preferably, experience in banking or financial services; relevant AI expertise may substitute for financial services experience.

• Practical experience with AI-related solutions or innovation projects.

• Hands-on knowledge in AI model configuration, prompt engineering, data interaction, and collaboration with development teams.

• Ability to understand technical concepts and contribute to solution design.

• Ideally, familiarity with core banking processes involving accounts, loans, deposits, and payments.

• Knowledge of banking system landscapes and architectures.

• Strong understanding of SAP Fioneer Core Banking systems is a plus; experience with related SAP systems is also advantageous.

• Ability to link AI and technology capabilities to tangible business results.

• Exceptional communication skills with both business leaders and technical teams.

• Capacity to work in a dynamic, global team environment.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Proficiency in German is an advantage.
