Senior Solution Engineer – Healthcare, Utilities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical representative for osapiens within the Healthcare & Utilities industry vertical.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to convert compliance and efficiency needs into a precise value proposition for the osapiens HUB.

• Utilize industry expertise regarding regulatory challenges, supply chain dynamics, ERP ecosystems, and competitive benchmarks.

• Relay industry insights back to the Product team to enhance the development roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in solution engineering, presales, technology-focused consulting, or sales engineering within B2B enterprise SaaS.

• Proven presence in the targeted industry.

• Comprehensive understanding of the industry value chain, operational models, regulatory challenges, and the digital environment.

• Experience managing complex enterprise deals from start to finish, including proof of concepts (POCs) and security assessments.

• Comfortable handling deal sizes exceeding €250K.

• Technical proficiency in REST APIs, SAP, identity management (Single Sign-On), cloud architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and fundamental data modeling.

• Business insight linking regulatory or operational challenges to ROI, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and deployment strategies.

• Regularly utilize AI for research, demo preparation, and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).

• Proactive, organized, and composed under pressure.

• Proficiency in German at a native or near-native level is essential.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Located in the DACH region or elsewhere in Europe, with a willingness to travel approximately 25–35% to client sites throughout the region.
