Senior Solution Consultant – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Implement the pre-sales framework through both virtual and in-person meetings.

• Interact with customers, prospects, and partners to facilitate the discovery process.

• Conduct product demonstrations and determine how Workiva solutions meet the needs of customers and prospects.

• Cultivate expertise in Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability Reporting areas.

• Support Sales with account strategies that align with Workiva's goals and objectives.

• Perform process evaluations and create Proofs of Concept to confirm requirements.

• Construct and present tailored business cases for partners.

• Collaborate with implementation partners and Workiva Client Services to ensure successful onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.

• Generate new use cases or utilize existing templates to showcase the impact and value of solutions.

• Provide coaching, training, or mentorship across domains to colleagues as necessary.

• Work in conjunction with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success teams.

• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process by linking customer outcomes to platform capabilities and facilitating technical validation.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years with a Master’s degree; or 2 years with a PhD.

• Familiarity with Financial Reporting, GRC, or Sustainability Reporting, or a strong willingness to quickly gain domain expertise.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• Experience in engaging with and presenting to business or IT leaders and executives.

• Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Self-driven with a strong inclination towards action, results, and ongoing improvement.

• Proven experience in establishing processes from the ground up, including design, proposal, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Active collaboration and feedback to product management teams.

• Capacity to resolve issues and communicate solutions to business challenges.

• Preferred hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures.

• Familiarity with technical connectivity and integration elements, including APIs.

• Ability to gather business requirements and deliver persuasive, value-based software demonstrations is preferred.
