Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate and customized demonstrations and solution presentations for partners, prospects, and clients.

• Convert a variety of customer requirements into validated solution designs and engaging proof-of-concepts.

• Expedite sales cycles by delivering both standard and tailored product demonstrations to mid- and C-level finance executives.

• Support potential clients and customers, ensuring their satisfaction with minimal oversight.

• Act as a resource for less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales Representatives.

• Contribute to the sharing of knowledge within the team.

• Transform complex customer issues into persuasive Proof-of-Concept presentations.

• Develop and deliver high-quality OneStream demonstrations that highlight advanced product features, benefits, and future direction.

• Identify optimal solutions for customer needs and effectively articulate OneStream’s overall value proposition.

• Ensure that standard demo environments and materials are up-to-date, accurate, and impactful.

• Deliver clear and persuasive presentations while building trust with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 6 years of experience in the CPM industry related to technical presales, consulting, or similar roles.

• Technical expertise with CPM tools (OneStream or comparable).

• Background in Finance/Accounting with knowledge of business analysis and financial modeling.

• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.

• Capability to lead technical discussions with confidence.

• Proven track record of conducting rapid assessments of customer landscapes and identifying use cases.

• Experience in guiding customers through the evaluation of CPM solutions or similar offerings.

• Understanding of Corporate Performance Management concepts and financial modeling practices.

• Familiarity with OneStream or similar CPM platforms and associated technologies.

• Basic knowledge of database management and cloud-based solutions.

• Awareness of business processes in Finance and Accounting.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong active listening and interpersonal abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient in establishing credibility and maintaining professionalism during client interactions.

• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.

• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and client requirements.
